This form is designed to collect the information needed to configure and train your dealership team on the Virtual Business 360 CRM. It focuses on CRM users, permissions, sales processes, lead routing, communications, follow-up workflows, automations, reporting, and training. Website design information is not required in this form.

Please complete this form as thoroughly as possible before CRM configuration and training begin. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to begin CRM configuration; all other fields may be completed during onboarding.
